Data Deletion Request
Important: This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data from Kuizzo, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@kuizzo.com
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your Kuizzo account
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and all data
- Any specific reason for deletion (optional)
- We will process your request within 30 days of receipt
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and account settings
- Learning Content: All courses, notes, flashcards, and study materials you've created
- Progress Data: Quiz results, exam scores, and learning analytics
- User Preferences: Settings, themes, and personalization data
- Communication History: Support tickets and correspondence with our team
- Usage Statistics: Login history, feature usage, and engagement metrics
Data Retention Period
After receiving your deletion request, we will:
- Process your request within 30 days
- Permanently delete all your personal data from our active systems
- Remove your data from our backup systems within 90 days
- Retain only anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes (no personal identifiers)
Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Financial records (for accounting and tax purposes)
- Legal compliance requirements
- Fraud prevention and security purposes
What Happens After Deletion
Once your data has been deleted:
- You will no longer be able to access your Kuizzo account
- All your learning progress and content will be permanently lost
- You will not receive any further communications from Kuizzo
- If you wish to use Kuizzo again, you will need to create a new account
